As part of a launch to add additional features to Shaw Communication's service management infrastructure, a marketing video was created to excite employees about the benefits of actively participating in service management. The project focused how every individual played a role in reducing duplication of work, providing faster delivery of service, smoother upgrades, and benefiting from more transparent analytics. A motion graphic video was created for present and future employees at Shaw to encourage best practices.
