The Future of A.I.

South by Southwest is a massive annual conference and festival for film, music, technology, and much more. With over 150,000 attendees, and thousands of artists and thinkers gathered in Austin every year, this was an unbelievable opportunity to be a part of.
When we discussed the idea of taking an unconventional approach to this presentation series, there was definitely some hesitation. It was only after I had made the first five slides as a draft that we fell in love the concept and continued to charge full-steam ahead.
We knew we wanted to incorporate a mascot throughout the presentation, and it occurred to me to create a caricature of a little robot near and dear to the client. This generated endless opportunities to expand the visuals in new and entertaining ways that would capture the audience’s attention.
At the end of the presentation, the first question from the audience was: “I was curious where you got all the visuals for your slides?”. The presentation was a great success in terms of content delivery and in forming a memorable impression with the audience.
